Refund Policy

Requests for refunds can be sent to: shop@littleswarashop.com

1. If we sent designs of the wrong print or size, you can return them within 24-48 hours provided they have not been washed or worn.

2. The most common issue is the size - if you sent the wrong size you can only return the item if the print and design were previously highlighted and published on our site, however in case you chose your own print or altered our design by requesting changes, in that case no refund is possible. When you are unsure of your size, consult with us about designs and sizes. Check our size chart and let us know if you have deviations from the given measurements.

3. Little Swara Shop is not mass production factory and small deviations of 1-3 cm, especially in length, are possible.

4. Colour often varies from phone to phone, and if you are particular about a tiny detail, we suggest you better come to visit us. 

5. Refunds for damaged and discounted goods are not possible.
