Terms of Purchase

Production and Shipping: Clothing, footwear, jewellery, and art items are made in Kenya. The average waiting time is around 3-5 days, but it can be shorter or longer depending on the season. We always communicate timing to you.
Your parcel is shipped by local courier, Wells Fargo. The courier is a separate company with its own methods and rules. We are not responsible for the courier service. You can also send your own rider or come in person if that works better for you. This being said, we have an excellent relationship with the courier and so far we have not experienced issues with parcel traffic.
Deposit or Cash on Delivery? To send your order to production we require deposit or full payment if that is easier for you. We require full payment prior to shipping. Payment in instalments is also possible, please inquire if this is an option for you.
